Coop and EntoCube Pilot (2016)
DescriptionCoop will work indirectly with Entocube, the producer of crickets. Coop has been cooperating for some time, as part of the Coop Fund for Sustainability, with Essento, a Swiss company that deals with food production based on insects. Entocube and Essento are planning close cooperation in the form of a joint venture.

Coop kooperiert bereits seit einiger Zeit mit, im Rahmen des Coop Fonds für Nachhaltigkeit, mit Essento, einem Schweizer Unternehmen, welches sich mit der Nahrungsmittelerzeugung auf Basis von Insekten beschäftigt. EntoCube und Essento planen eine enge Zusammenarbeit in Form eines Joint-Ventures.
