Coop has been cooperating for some time, as part of the Coop Fund for Sustainability, with Essento, a Swiss company that deals with food production based on insects. Coop, Migros, and Faitron (now HeatsBox) PoC (2016) | In addition to the POCs, Coop and Migros have agreed with Faitron tests. Faitron develops a portable, trendy heat box for heating meals and at work. In the tests, not only acceptance, but also the performance and convenience of the heat box is put to the test.
